As an operator, you will be part of a dedicated production team within Manufacturing, where collaboration, commitment, and competence are central values. In the role of operator, you will perform both operational and non-operational activities. You will work according to applicable rules and instructions, with the right QDFIPS mindset (Quality, Delivery, Finance, Improvement, People, Safety), and actively contribute to the team's mission and goals.

You may also be responsible for a physical area, which means that you:

• Ensure that preventive maintenance is performed and improved

• Follow up and analyze production results in your area

• Ensure that work instructions are updated and used according to standards

Communication with support functions, participation in networks, and training of colleagues in your area are also important parts of the role. You contribute to reducing system losses and ensure quality parameters, cycle time, and takt time for your area.

We are looking for someone who is both independent and a good team player, with the ability to act analytically and flexibly in a changing environment. You are customer-focused, show courage and initiative, and have an inclusive attitude. Furthermore, you communicate clearly and effortlessly in both Swedish and English. In the workplace, you are someone who wants to contribute to a strong team and a positive work culture.

• Ability to communicate fluently both orally and in writing in Swedish and English

• Approved high school grades (Swedish a/1, Mathematics a/1, Social Studies a/1, and English a/5)

• Experience in similar work

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Forklift license
